I dagene som kommer vil vi presentere pre-season planene til de ulike treningsgruppene, og vi starter i dag med rekruttlaget som ledes av Vitor Gazimba og Kjetil Lundebakken, og med Alexander Straus som toppspillerutvikler. Dette er fjerde sesongen denne duoen begir seg ut på en ny sesong sammen med spillergruppa, og vi er veldig glade både for deres kontinuitet og kompetanse.

Her er noen tanker fra Vitor om årets pre-season:

1st week, will be dedicated to reactivation and physical evaluation of the players. Only 2 short trainings and testing on Thursday.

2nd and 3rd week, will be dedicated to the tactical evaluation of the players. During this 2 weeks we will evaluate the Macro principles of our model of play and the trainings will be "more free" (less rules/ constraints) to make sure that we do a good evaluation of our level as team (where do we stand as a team?).

In the end of the 2nd week we will have an internal match (Friday), and in the end of the 3rd week, we will gonna have our first pre-season match against VIF (team that was in the final of NM last year).

The pre-season was built to be the most difficult pre-season since we enter in the development department of Godset. Every game will demand the best of us! When started the official games everyone has to be ready to compete against the best teams of our leagues. Compete as individuals and as a team!

Before the winter break we will play 6 matches, including one travel to play abroad in Danmark. During this period we will give opportunities (playing time) to all players to show themselves.

After this period, we will have 2games per week until the beginning of the season, and we will start to differentiate according to the level shown by the players during trainings and games."
